4 x 100s IM on 1:40- Odds- drill
Evens- swim

3 x 100s kick on 1:50- Stroke

2 x 100s free swim on 1:30

5 x 200s- Descend 1-5 on 3:00

8 x 75s- First 50 IM stroke in reverse IM order, last 25 is free.

Geometry Fall Week 6 HW Answer Key
